Restriced Geolocations

Who can access the Solera Protocol and Interface

Solera takes extensive measures to prevent persons from the following countries from using the Solera Markets contracts hosted at app.solera.market. These measures include geoblocking ranges of IP addresses from prohibted countries including: China, Cuba, Congo, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Myamnar, North Korea, Russia, Sudan, Syria, Zimbabwe, Central African Republic, Ethiopia, Venezuela, Yemen, Lebanon. Over time, this list may be expanded to include any country or geolocation.

Solera also attempts to VPN block known VPNs from the above countries. When agreeing to the terms of service, users also attest that they are not in the above countries in order to interact with the frontend.

Certain functions, products, assets, and strategies within the Solera Protcol or Interface may also be gated by KYC, KYB, AML, or Accreddited Investor status, and individual permisisons or checks may be implemented.
